May present themselves to the CEV
- In Kinshasa: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 - 11:30 am & from 12:30 - 02:30 pm
- In Lubumbashi: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 08:45 am
with the supporting document, their original receipt and an identity document. You may be represented by an authorized representative, who must present the documents listed above, as well as an original power of attorney, signed by yourself.
